Looking for a Xbox one crew and or server

I'm looking for a new Xbox one crew to roll with on ark.

I used to do a fair bit of competitive rust playing and now am stoked that they have ark survival on Xbox one. Only downside so far is server access.

I've been gaming for about 25 years around virtually all platforms with all the hardware goodies.

I'm just looking for a Mature crew to setup with on Xbox one.
