High level Dino's where are you hiding

Hello all hope you're well.

So I'm on XB1 and was after getting a higher level dino as our server currently peaks around mid to high 30's that I've seen. So i reset the server with max difficulty(for the lols) which is 1 for us. Log in expecting generally all wilds would be higher levels but can't seem to notice anything? Have I missed something here? Any help/advice/wisdom is greatly appreciated so thanks in advance!

I think since dinos don't despawn and there is a dino limit you will have to kill off the old ones for the higher level dinos to spawn maybe... but I really not sure.

firstly thanks for your reply and since I have posted this i actually found another forum asking the same and someone
just as wise mentioned the same thing as you. Last night it was confirmed by myself when i took out a couple of 100+ compys and 60+ dilos(compared to our normal 30+). Looks like I have a tonne of dinos to conquer to see some fresh higher level faces! I am going to try .5 difficulty as 1 being maximum Im guessing that should give around 60-70 dinos.
