new alpha function
Lots of people stand on a cliff and look down on an alpha. And stand there and shoot it. My idea was to give alphas less attack and hp, but give alpha rexes the ability to summon a quetzl if they are at 1/3 health, Carnos an argent, and raptors a pteradyactal. They would be invincible, but only be able to carry you closer to the alpha, with no fall damage. All of these are summoned at 1/3 health. They would not spawn if the alpha had recently damaged you, and would despawn on the alphas death or return to over 1/2 health.

So basically a "Trolling Flier" would "push you off the cliff? That would kind of remove the tactic of trying to find trap points. However due to lack of Path in AIs, I would recommend then irrationally "away" if a certain amount of distance isn't traveled every few seconds. This would simulate them looking for a better approach to get to you and possibly approaching from a different angle that would grantvthem access, this would also make this "Ranged Exploit" approach take infinitely longer due to the difficulty of aiming at a moving target and they will be regenerating during this.
Edit: or for every second that the alpha doesn't deal damage to you or a creature of yours then it's target's aggro radius get exponentially larger by 10%. Getting hit by the alpha will reset this to 100%. So after like 30 seconds of not being hit by the alpha, his targets aggro radius would be at like 700% attracting any carnivore almost as far as the eye can see.
