Did you open the ports both in windows firewall (or your antivirus software if it has a build in firewall) as well as your router? You need to do this for both.

I also wouldn't rely to much on that website, as it doesn't see my ports either. Even though everything on my end is setup properly and my server runs just fine.

Could you give me a log output or screenshot so we all can see what is the problem. Alternatively you can checkout at http://creativehosting.nl we supply servers from 2 slots and up ;)

a common problem with ark servers is that they won't show up for like 30 minutes or so after they started. At least try to wait a decent time for it to connect with the steam servers.
canyouseeme.org only problems with my ports as long as the server isn't running. Once it's up the site also detects the port.

Basically from our experience: Once a server is fully booted (takes up to 3 to 4 minutes) it gets listed very rapidly. The problem could be that the server is not loaded fully yet since it bumps the CPU up to 100% for a wile.

Do you have a hardware firewall (most routers do) you might have to give your pc a local static ip(not from your isp but from your router)
then port forward the needed ports to that ip.
