Delete Tribe (Name) When No Ownership

Please let us be able to totally delete the Tribe when no one is in it. I left a Tribe and apparently all of the things I owned belonged to a Tribe without a leader in it which is very frustrating considering no one can ever use that Tribe name and all of the stuff belonged to no one but that Tribe name.
