Remote Keypad

Just installed the remote keypad: it is powered up. However it's not turning the lights on and off like it's suppose too. I can get a couple to work right but not all.... is there a bug or am I doing something wrong. I put pin codes on all lights and the keypad doesn't do anything. I'm on the Xbox one.
