ARK: Survival Evolved Forum

Hey I was just wondering if a Lenovo G50 laptop will run Ark. I have played the game on a friends Hp Pavilion and I really love the look of the game. I wouldnt need to play the game on high specs I just really want the game!! Here are the specs for the laptop:
-Intel Core i3-5005U Processor, 2Ghz
-8gb Ram
-Intel HD graphics-integrated
-Windows 10
However I am eyeing up an alternative laptop (Toshiba Satellite L50D) which has a better processor (AMD A8) but as shared graphics, amd radeon r5. Will a shared graphics card run Ark?

Sadly enough Ark is very tough on your computer and has very high reguirements. I run i5 and a gtx750 on my desktop and I always have to compromise between fps and graphics. So no, that computer won't be able to run the game at all probably. And if you can start it, i will basically look like minecraft. You need i5 gauranteed, and in my opinion you shouldn't get a graphics card lower than 750. My proposal is that you build your own desktop. You can easily build your own computer with my specs for the same price as you buy the laptop. If you don't know how to do it, just ask some friends if they have done it, surf around and read up on some guides. In the end it will be very worth it. Don't be afraid to do it!

FYI you will basically never be able to make it look like the streamers have it, unless you are willing to pay 2000+ dollars.
