Where can we get recipes? Got the cooking pot, but need a recipe to make something, where can we get theese?

Put 20 tintoberry (red) in a cooking pot with 2 narcotics and a full water skin. Works without recipe. Or put note in and exit, hold e on pot and make a recipe and effects
