ARK: Survival Evolved Forum

My character died so I shut down the game. When I got back on my character didn't exist and all my progress was gone. My pets and structures that belonged to the previous character are still there but I can't interact with them? I re-downloaded ark survival but that didn't help.

Also, does anyone know how to reset the map?
