Trying to set up invulnerable bases plugin and just want to know what time zone it runs on. Whether its the timezone of where the server is hosted or your timezone, whatever that is

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and assume you are referring to the "Safe Hours", etc? If so, I believe it is set to PST. You can find a timezone converter here: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html
