Afk player structures

So If I am getting this right, if a player is afk for to long, their structures become demolish able by all players. My idea for this is add an option to, instead of demolish, be able to claim ownership. Means if you found a vacant structure, even partially built or destroyed, you could set up shop within it and then place on prexisting snap points.
