I find it extremely difficult to find my body due to the fact it always turns into a backpack and it blends into the foliage hides under a plant or i have no sense on how to locate it on the small map. I think a light shining from the implant would help shooting into the sky, just somethin you can see or maybe your tribe can see it and yours shines a different color.
That or tracking your movement on the map with a piece of charcoal equip a piece of charcoal and it automatically traces the last 10 mins on map even marking points of interest on the map and a zooming in feature.
I get such a sinking feeling when starting over but its an additive game and I cant bring myself to put the controller down.
