Party System/Party Chat and Chat system improved.

Greetings,
My name is Joko and i been playing for like 1-2 months. One things i loved about this game was sharing my experience with other trough chat and helping other players while at the same time having a conversation with them. Now i find myself in a bad spot where most people in the server (mostly old/big tribes) feels disturbed when people use the global chat because it mess up with their tribe chat. So they ask people to talk in local or tribe chat, but most of the time any of those options is just not possible due to distance or if the player is not on your tribe.
While i know there is a walkies that you can craft to have private voice chats and regular text based chat, those item are at high lvl and really expensive to craft to lose it if killed... So even big tribes that have the resources/materials and members to craft it, they dont. Even if they do craft it, the problem of other people talking in General pushing up their tribe/private chat, is still a problem.
So at the end those who like to socialize like me, get push down to be quiet only to avoid getting raided by a tribe that could easily wipe them out.
So my suggestion to fix that game breaking problem (because socializing is an important part of a survival game) is the next:
1- Implement a party system where you can invite up to 5 people in to your party to hunt together and once the party is created, they will automatically be talking in party chat when pressing enter/rather than global chat. This will avoid other tribes from getting their tribe chat pushed up since you need to be in the party in order to see what the party people write.
2- Split tribe chat and global chat in to 2 different windows where you can switch over to with the touch of the designated chat key. For example, if i want to see the Global chat, i press enter and im in global chat, if i want to see tribe chat i press / and im in tribe chat.
3- Finally last option is just to allow people to deactivate global chat. In that way those who dont want to be bothered by what other people write, can just deactivate the global chat.
I am 100% sure that many people have felt suppressed when forced to not talk on global chat...
Oh and "add them to steam" is not a solution, because you could add your tribe to steam too and talk with them there. Also steam is more personal and adding random people just so you can answer a question, is kind of dumb and even dangerous. Finally when talking on steam you have to switch from ark to steam chat leaving you vulnerable during the time you are typing if you play in full screen mode.
