Was thinking the other day how the buildings look a little boring from the outside and I thought how about creeping vines ( jungle areas )
and maybe snowdrifts & icicles for the cold regions for the outside of the walls - they would blend in to the surrounding areas and wouldn't look artificial.
different variations of these would look great imo from loot and drop off crates.
just a thought
