Moderators/Admin To Retrieve Stuff from Griefing Tribe

Joined a tribe. Had fun. Till today. Somebody griefed my camp, it got heated in global, my tribe kicked me out, kept most of my dinosaurs and all of my buildings I had created. All of my hard work they kept. If there were moderators or admin available, this wouldn't happen. Was featuring this on my YouTube channel, but can't nor will I ever until this is fixed. My five year old son now does not have the raptors named after him or his brother to love or watch because this "tribe" chose to take this type of unwarranted action. There are no Devs to get a hold of, either to rectify this situation. Hours of time spent on my things, all taken by one tribe because there's nobody to fix this. This would be a great feature for the game, even if they're volunteers and not paid, it would be better to have some than none at all. Until this is fixed, I will no longer spend time on this game nor will it get any featured moments on my YouTube.

I empathize with your loss, nothing in this game is done in short order, and to lose all of your progress is really disheartening. Since the game is in Alpha, I assume most of the resources the company has is going into the development of the game, and it's highly unlikely they are able to moderate every server they have.

A suggestion I can offer you, is find a nice private server, or a server in the Community Servers forum that IS moderated. I play with two of my cousins, and we were raided super hard while trying to tame two Carbonemys. Two people on really high level Argentavis killed all three of us, all of our Dinos, and then proceeded to kill many other tribes' dinos, including 8 Spinosaurs! After that, we moved to a server listed in our Community Servers forum, and it has been absolute bliss

Thank you, I will have to look into it. ARK became a family game of sorts. It was hard when griefers dropped dinos in from the air into the first base (since it had metal walls and they didn't want to blow into them) killing everything we had. Then we found a "tribe" who we thought were nice folks. It turned out that they were just greedy and needed our resources to build up their little cave. Since that was done, the tiny mistake of telling the griefers, "We will get back and get our stuff from you" in global turned them into cutting us loose, leaving us with nothing... Breaks my kids heart, too, but they don't care. They got what they wanted. It infuriates me.

Best thing to do in NEVER join a tribe where everything is tribe owned and tribe tamed. There are tribes out there that let you share the use of stuff but essentially it's yours if you built it. taming is different, most people go for tribe taming for ease of use but you do get ones that can be personally owned but tribe ridden. Kind of like the server I'm on.

Many people have been being griefed by the heads of the main tribe on the server 72 called the gentlemen. These guys have even been taking people into their tribe for a couple weeks then stealing and smashing the stuff of other members of the tribe. yet since they do not let anyone get a dino above level 100 or so no one can do anything. we need these type of people banned. I was even a member of this tribe for about a month and spent 500+ hours on this server getting my lvl up legit and helping the tribe by feeding the 100-200 dinos they have and running supplies before I realized what was going on and as soon as I mentioned it the kicked me from the tribe and started smashing anything I seriously build. I can not emotionally go to another server and over 30 people I know have given up this game completely because of this. This is serious game breaking and needs to be stopped.
