Stuck Dino's on Mountain

I've recent been using a anklo to mine up on the mountains and have now gotten two stuck where two mountain meet and make a hole where that is so deep that they cannot get out. Am I just out of luck and loss the dino? I've built foundations and ramps to try and get them out, put them on follow and no dice. One has been stuck there for a week and has nothing on him and his food hasn't even been depleted. Can a developer get them unstuck for me? And how would i got about getting in contract with one?
