Xbox One - spawn in and can't move.

After trailing the game, I thought I might buy it, but once I did, every time I spawned in I couldn't move and the screen would flash red as if I was hurt. Any tips?

I also have this problem. I played on my friend's server a few days ago and everything worked good and now when I join back into his server I can't move, and no buttons respond, not even that menu button. But if I use the Xbox button it goes to the home screen. I have tried restarting and everything but it still won't respond to commands when I load the server. Is there any fix to this?
