Carbonemy/Turtles not laying eggs

for some reason the Turtles/Carbonemys are not laying eggs anymore,
i have 20 total, 9 males 11 females, i have had them for atleast a week and not 1 egg has dropped,
my 3 t-rexs lay eggs more often that the turtles.
is there anyway to fix this on my end?
