Problem with Server on xbox one

Hello. I create a server with my xbox one. I can play with my other xbox on this server. My friend can play too only if I invited to them to play on server. My problem is why I cant see my server on server list. My friend can not found it.
Please need help. Is not good each time they want to play on my server I have to send invitation
