Server computer problem!

Hi,
Gonna try to explain my problem i have with my ark server.
I have my gaming computer and i have a server computer at home on the same network. I created the ark server on my gaming computer and opened all the ports and so on so others can join.
Then i transfered the world save file to the server computer and started it. But now it does not go public so only i can join. Why is that? have no firewall, no antivirus program just a fresh installed windows with all updates.
Wierd thing is that i did re-installed both computers at the same time.
Any ideas?
One edit: Downloaded steam and ark on my server computer but now i could not find my server at all in the unofficial list with pass checked.
