Abandoned Tribes Help

Hi, i just want to know some informations about abandoned tribes.
-How long after being log out, your tribe is considered like abandoned?
-If there's members log in, is it okay?.. Or the tribe depends on the Owner conexion to be considered as abandoned or not, after a period of time?
-If it becomes abandonned, can you claim it again?
