ARK: Survival Evolved Forum

So I know this seems to be a common thing that people post about pretty often, but even after reading through many forum posts on other forums as well I can't seem to figure this out myself. Anyway, my ARK server is not showing up on arkservers.net, ARK's built in server tool, or Steam's server tool, and it can't be connected to except through LAN. Now a few things to note, I have manually gone in and port forwarded 27015, 27016, and 7777 on my router, and in Windows Firewall, I have also check the application exceptions through Windows Firewall and the server is an exception through the firewall. Anyone on LAN (or through a VPN like Hamachi) works just fine, but anyone on another network can't see the server anywhere. The server itself works just fine and we have been playing on it a lot. My Minecraft server port forwards are working just fine with no issues at all (I run 2 of them), also I manually specified the port for the server with 27015 like you're supposed to, and even tried changing the query port to 27016 and the "Port" command to 27015.

Does anyone have any idea why this could be happening? I have made sure the server runs for over 30 minutes before checking the server list again to see if it just wasn't being populated. I find this very odd as I run servers for games all the time and have never had an issue anywhere near as weird as this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
