Whenever I try to run ark on low memory during the loading screen while it tries to connect me to the server suddenly my games screen turns white and my computer freezes how do I fix this

ok how do I do it I keep trying the launch code thing but its not working maybe im getting the code wrong I already changed my NVidia card settings from power management to high performance what else do I do?
