Helllo, You can eliminate some of the screen shake and turn off Motion Blur in options but there will always be a little bit there (In this version of the game (Alpha)). But you also have a massive amount in chopping and mining rocks, but if someone was only a little motion sickness they might be ok...

I second this idea, I think that's something everyone could use and be apart of here in the forums.

One question is this Game lag or Net lag.
If it is Game lag = Try lowering the setting turning down Mesh level, Sky Quality and see if they help.
If it is Net Lag = It might possibly be the ping between you and the server your connected to. You can check your ping in-game by hitting Esc.
