Did another round of cleaning up

The in-game server browser is garbage. It only pulls from ~ 4000 random servers out of ~ 25000 that are actually online.

Use Survival Launcher, toparkservers.com, or Steam favorites.

It's the Steam API.. you just have to wait a few days, it's still not even a guarantee. Just a really overall bad server browser. Confirmed directly with the server developer on Skype. It's time people start using third party launchers like Survival Launcher or TopArkServers.com to be quite honest.

Yep, game is heavily reliant on single core CPU power. Nothing else matters. Not disk/io, not network i/o, not DDR3 vs DDR4, not memory speed. NOTHING except CPU single core frequency matters. Best bet right now is water-cooled 4970k or like you said, a lottery chip overclockable beyond a stock 4790...

If you run a steamcmd update on your existing directory, it will only pull new files. I haven't seen any update over 2-3 GB in size.

I've cleaned up a ton of spam users and deleted their accounts. We should be ok for a little while.

It will take some time to clean up the spam users as spam users sometimes will have idle accounts for a while then spam later on. =(
